The number of incoming containers for the General Administration of Smoke Customs in Cairo headed by Muhammad Ibrahim Mustafa, Director General of the General Administration of Smoke Customs, during the month of February 2021, reached about 76 containers of raw smoke in the transit system for storage, not clearing customs duties, with a number of 7 thousand and 480 parcels, a total weight of 1604 tons, 724 kilograms. In addition, 170 partial withdrawal certificates were released, with 16 thousand and 905 parcels, with a total weight of 3548 tons and 635 kilograms.
The total customs taxes and duties collected at the General Administration of Smoke Customs in Cairo during the month of February 2021 amounted to 28 million, 459 thousand and 620 pounds, and the total fines were 87 thousand and 849 pounds.
While the total taxes on value added collected during the same period amounted to 195 million 301 thousand 586 pounds, and the total taxes of commercial and industrial profits and the tax collected free professions amounted to 2 million and 235 thousand pounds.
The fees collected for the smoke room account amounted to one million and 113 thousand pounds, the total administrative expenses, the development stamp, the relative and qualitative stamp, and the fee for the state's financial resources for the month of February 2021, about 4 million and 921 thousand pounds.
During the same period, the total value of smoke exports to customs issued at the General Administration of Tobacco Customs in Cairo amounted to about 4 million, 600 thousand and 785 pounds.
Thus, the total revenues collected at the General Administration of Smoke Customs in Cairo during the month of February 2021 will be about EGP 236 million and 748 thousand.
